Let me introduce my self, my name is Bill Marr, I am 34 and have been working in the automotive industry since I was 18. My career stated with a part time job at Canadian tire in the parts dept. From there I worked my way up to full time service adviser. Through hard work and customer dedication I was promoted to service manager at the age of 21. I ran a 17 bay shop, went back to school to get my technicians license and also built a new shop in my 11 years there! In 2011 I left Canadian tire to take over a struggling midas auto service shop! For 4 years we increased customer satisfaction and in 2014 we were 8 in north America and #2 in Canada out of 1200 midas shops. My experience is vast and my focus has and always will be on customer satisfaction, staff and family!
